Fair enough? Talking about aid and development

Oxfam Scotland and Christian Aid Scotland have teamed up to produce a new pack for secondary schools which helps pupils learn about aid and development, including how the UK spends its aid budget.

Fair enough? Talking about aid and development

The pack also includes lesson plans which will help pupils debate the decisions on which development projects should receive funding, explore the Global Goals for Sustainable Development and analyse media coverage surrounding overseas aid; encouraging pupils to develop skills in separating fact from opinion.

The pack, ‘Fair enough? Talking about aid and development’ is available free to all secondary school teachers in Scotland.
