Anti-Slavery Day

Anti-Slavery Day is an opportunity to explore the history and continuing reality of slavery, exploitation and forced labour. Learners can examine Scotland’s connections to the transatlantic slave trade, how exploitation can appear in modern supply chains, and the role of rights, ethical choices and collective action in challenging injustice.
