British Science Week

British Science Week is a nationwide celebration of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. In a global citizenship context, it enables learners to explore how scientific understanding and innovation influence communities, sustainability and global challenges.

Across Scottish classrooms, this aligns with STEM, interdisciplinary learning, critical thinking and problem‑solving, and encourages curiosity about how science shapes the world.
