9TH – 15TH FEBRUARY

Children’s Mental Health Week

Children’s Mental Health Week focuses on wellbeing, emotional literacy and mental health.

Using a Global Citizenship Education approach, learning can explore wellbeing alongside issues such as relationships, inclusion, identity and social pressures, supporting empathy and understanding.

This connects closely to Health and Wellbeing across Scottish classrooms, with opportunities for reflective discussion and age-appropriate learning across stages.
